Mr. Pappas brings 10 years of experience in energy and investing to Melange Capital Partners, having held roles in alternative investments, corporate finance, and energy investment banking.

Prior to joining Melange, Jim served as a Vice President within the Wealth Management division of BOK Financial. In this role, he performed due diligence on private fund offerings and assisted the firm’s institutional clients in constructing endowment-style portfolios.

Jim previously held roles on the private investments team at the University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), the corporate finance division of Samson Resources, and the energy advisory group within Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co.

Jim received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a CFA charterholder.
