John brings deal execution and financial analysis experience to Melange Capital Partners. Prior to joining Melange, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst in Scotiabank’s Energy Group, supporting upstream and midstream transactions valued at ~$2 billion across the U.S. and Canada. His investment banking experience provided exposure to a wide range of energy subsectors, with responsibilities spanning financial modeling, valuation, and strategic transaction analysis.

John received his BBA in Finance with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
